Bellbrook, OHIO

Man suspected at house is Eugene Belden - Born October 12, 1873 and died July 1968 at the age of 95 (Another record says he was born in 1874 and another says on the 17th of October)
At some point he was employed at NCR Corporation - His wife's name was Nora
Registration Card said he is missing three fingers off of right hand
It is noted he bought the house at auction
During the 1880 US Census he was age 6 and head of household was his grandfather Thomas J. Helrigle
Father born in Ohio/Mother born in PA
I was told in the spot the house stands, used to be a log cabin church - it was believed to be torn down to build the house which was built as a parsonage. The church was built next door, standing very close to the house.
Many Pastors and their families resided in the house - Ten names are listed but I can't read them all:
Joshua Devore
John M. Young
Rueben Rose
Henry Brown
TB Graham
GB Walker
JJ White
WR Parsons
William Overholtz
W. Creamer 1881

A place where ghosts are reported is described as haunted, and often seen as being inhabited by spirits of deceased who may have been former residents or were familiar with the property. Supernatural activity inside homes is said to be mainly associated with violent or tragic events in the building's past such as murder, accidental death, or suicide sometimes in the recent or ancient past. But not all hauntings are at a place of a violent death, or even on violent grounds. Many cultures and religions believe the essence of a being, such as the 'soul', continues to exist. Some philosophical and religious views argue that the 'spirits' of those who have died have not 'passed over' and are trapped inside the property where their memories and energy are strong.

This house/office has recently become a historic underground railroad site. From the evp's below you'll hear a few that suggest this as well.

We've presented our interpretation of these voices and suggest you listen and make your own decisions about whats being said. Feel free to contact us about procedures, techniques, equipment or ideas about what we have captured here.
